Becoming a Queen involves breaking the cycles of codependency with others, and then turning inwards and vanquishing the codependency that exists within our own selves in the timeless battle between our ego and our Higher Selves, as so bravely depicted by Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita. O Arjuna...
Kundalini energy, when not anchored, can leak through the root chakra and amplify the shadow self. It can manifest as addiction, delusion, erratic behavior, or ego inflation. But when this energy is properly channeled—through daily sadhana, meditation, breathwork, seva, and self-care—it becomes the fire that forges wisdom, healing, and inner peace.
The difference between someone in the throes of spiritual psychosis and a true yogi lies not in the visions or insights—but in the ability to stay grounded, to regulate emotions, and to interact with others from a place of compassion and clarity. A yogi can move between dimensions, yes—but they return to this one with purpose. They do not abandon the world; they illuminate it.
Self-care is defined as dedicated time during which we put our own needs above those of others. While as a society we often shy away from self-care and may feel at times that we are being selfish, it's important too remember that without first embodying compassion, empathy, and love for ourselves, we do not have the capacity to give love to others. Self-care can mean so many different things to so many people. In this video I give examples of 6 different types of self-care. Consistency is key.
In life, it’s not just about showing up for our loved ones, it’s about showing up in a good way. Self-care allows us to maintain mental clarity and balance in our lives. Inherent to any relationship are the expectations of self-regulation and mutual respect, and this means making the conscious effort to not emotionally dump on our friends, coworkers and loved ones, maintaining healthy boundaries, and replenishing our internal batteries such that we can radiate love, light, and compassion and contribute to the emotional prosperity of those we care about and to our community.
Selfcare doesn’t have to be expensive. Cooking at home mindfully, meaning paying attention to the process, appreciating the sounds and smells, and not multi-tasking and thinking about other things while I cook is a way that I practice self-care. What I love about mindful cooking at home is that I don’t need to exclude my puppy, and I am still able to have time to myself because while I cook, I don’t need to focus my attention on puppy as like myself, he is also distracted by the sounds and smells.
Selfcare is dedicated time to yourself where you engage in an activity in which you are able to put your needs before those of someone else. It’s a time for us to recharge our batteries such that we can be compassionate and empathetic to our loved ones when we spend time with them and not feel burnt out. When we feel burnt out is when we are unkind to those closest to us and this only serves to bring pain to the people we love and to cause rifts in relationships. That’s why self-care is really important.
Yoga means union and yoga is a form of spiritual technology for wellbeing. The magic of technology is that one does not have to believe or disbelieve in how it works-one simply has to use it. Technology will produce results irrespective of who you are.
Mastering The Art of Meditation: Meditation can take years to master and it's something I work at everyday. When done properly, the brain goes blank and this serves to reboot our human operating systems similar to rebooting a computer.
Chakras are energy dense vortexes residing along our spine, and we now have the technology to capture and measure the electromagnetic waves they emit. Each chakra is connected to one major nerve plexus and 1-2 endocrine glands and communicate with the brain via cranial nerve 10, the vagus nerve. Endocrine glands secrete hormones that influence the different organ systems in our bodies as well as our mood. Chakra imbalance over time leads to physical and mental illness.
In a world bustling with distractions and deadlines, the simple act of eating is often reduced to a mechanical necessity—a rushed sandwich between meetings, a quick bite in front of the screen, or a sugary treat to soothe stress. Yet, across spiritual traditions and mindful living philosophies, food is not just fuel; it is sacred. What we eat and how we eat are profound reflections of our inner state and powerful influences on our spiritual journey.
Kathak dance is the classical Indian art form of telling stories. The kathaka, or kathak dancer, is the storyteller. Kathak dance embodies speed, power, and endurance.
The mudras we use in Kathak dance influence energies of our subtle body and awaken kundalini by engaging the chakra temples located along our spine. Dancing with our bare feet upon the ground grounds us into the lower half of our bodies and consecrates our connection to Mother Earth, thereby engaging our Root Chakra Temple. Kathak dance is so dynamic it balances different aspects of each chakra temple in various ways.
JP Morgan, the family who founded Chase bank, famously said, “Millionaires don’t use astrology. Billionaires do”. just as mathematicians employ complex differential equations to predict the weather, ancient Vedic math can be used to make predictions about the seasons of our lives by factoring in the gravitational influences of different celestial bodies upon our vibratory frequencies at a given point in time.. The same way I check the weather forecast to gain foresight about the probability of rain and what temperature to likely expect such that I can dress accordingly, I use astrological predictions to plan accordingly when it comes to travel, relationships, and financial decisions.
Trauma is defined as a sustained negative emotional response to an experience that is no longer taking place. Every single human being has experienced trauma because the entire purpose of the life experience is to learn from our experiences and some of those experiences will always be negative. While the degree of stress, anxiety, and negativity surrounding those experiences varies from person to person, when something is perceived as traumatic by an individual, regardless of the specifics of the traumatic event, the human brain displays similar morphological changes and patterns that are scientifically measurable. Transforming trauma into soul power involves overcoming the codependent mindset of victimhood and stepping out of the shadow of our insulted egos when we feel we were wronged in some way. Detaching from our bruised egos is the key to overcoming trauma on the path to self-realization.
I’ve learned that journaling, creative expression, spiritual community, and structured routines are vital for integration. We must hold space for our revelations—allowing them to settle, mature, and blossom into wisdom. Only then can we share them in a way that uplifts, rather than confuses or overwhelms. We must also recognize when our desire to validate our experience becomes a subtle cry for approval or fear that what we’ve touched is not real. Faith is not proven by others' belief—it is built over time, through grace, discipline, and the quiet affirmation of synchronicities and Divine reassurance. Journaling helps us in our path to spiritual maturity as we learn to share our pearls of wisdom creatively. Check out the link to see some of the ways in which I integrate my journaling into my creative projects.
Tonight I am attempting Kathak Yoga! I know I’ve been calling the dance that I’ve been doing thus far kathak yoga, and in a sense what I’ve done so far is also a form of yoga in that we are moving energy with our bodies and sometimes we also do bring into union our mind and spirit, but the term Kathak Yoga that was coined by my guru Chitresh Das (Dada) was intended to mean something a little more complicated than simply Kathak Dance.
Dada defined Kathak Yoga to be a complete harmony of mind, body, and spirit in the sense that not only do we sing while we do footwork, but we also play an instrument at the same time. That really complicates things because if we are dancing tatkar with our feet, which is the pattern of footwork of right left right left, left right left right, it’s hard to maintain that while you’re simultaneously playing an instrument, especially to play a scale such as I am attempting to play - sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa - the Indian scale, and to sing that all at once.
When I conduct a kundalini yoga session, it’s a little bit different from the traditional approach because I incorporate the Sophia Code as a tool of divination. I start out by having my client read a passage from the Sophia Code at random, which will always coincide with their current energetic state, and then I read a passage at random to invoke the presence of an ascended master that best suits our encounter in that moment.

Before I adopted Krishna, I didn’t really understand all the hard work and sacrifices that accounted for that feeling of pride that people radiate when then identify themselves as a dog mom. After spending the last year and a half with this little guy, I love my doggie so much and I love even more the person that I have become since he has entered my life. While sometimes we lose some of our favorite things in the process, material objects are always replaceable albeit inconveniently so, whereas the way I feel about myself today and the way my dog makes me feel everyday is irreplaceable. As a recent survivor of humantrafficking now suffering from PTSD, the positive changes that Krishna has brought to my life are priceless. I feel so honored that Krishna chose me to be his dog mommy and that we get to share this time together in this lifetime. I am so grateful to have Krishna in my life and I love being a dog mom.
Krishna: My #ridge Back to Humanity Overcoming Social Anxiety with Emotional Support Animals Krishna has been my bridge back to humanity. After my traumatizing experience with human trafficking, I shut down and closed myself off from people. But now, with Krishna's love and guidance, I am learning to build connections and trust again.
This video discusses my personal experience with Reiki and the insights I gained about my sacral and solar plexus chakras. The conversation explores themes of spiritual development, embracing one's femininity, and the cyclical nature of personal growth. I really enjoyed my time with Elizabeth Ayala and feel that she is a powerful healer, and that comes from her discipline and adherence to her daily meditation and spiritual practices which fosters her strong connection to 7th plane energy and Source Consciousness. While she can dabble in the 5D and connect you through channeling to your loved ones on the other side, her ability to heal comes from her deep connection with her own Divinity. I highly recommend Inner Owl Reiki for healing to anyone interested in a holistic approach to wellness for themselves and their pets!

Christ Consciousness is about finding the radically creative intuitive genius within us that is grounded and compassionate and claiming that higher vibrational self for ourselves that seeks us to always prosper and reach our highest potential.

My community consists of like minded people. The Law of Resonance states that the rate of the vibration projected, will harmonize with and attract back energies with the same resonance. And as Albert Einstein stated: all things, matter and thought, are vibration, and resonance is just synchronized vibrations. So by millions of people collectively having the same thought vibration, as with Christ Consciousness, it creates a resonance effect that’s available for anyone to tap into and use to their advantage.
