A chakra is a wheel-like vortex spinning in a circular direction at distinct points of our body.
Chakras can be identified by the electromagnetic energy they emit. The benefits to energizing and balancing your chakras are primarily for a harmony of mind, body and spirit.
Each chakra connects to a particular organ or gland via a specific nerve plexus. These organs and glands in turn govern over a particular section of the body. The order of the chakras go from bottom to top starting with red and changing vibrations with each sequential chakra until violet. When light is broken down through a prism, 7 colors are obtained. These are the same 7 colors to which our physical body is tethered.
When one chakra center is out of sync, it may eventually affect the organs and glands that it is connected to, and may cause neighboring chakras to also become dis-balanced. This chain reaction results in many bodily imbalances. A chakra can become dis-balanced when it is overactive, under active, or blocked. This is often felt on a mental, emotional, or physical level. When activated, chakras extend about four inches in all directions from their point of origin and manifest as blazing, shimmering whirlpools similar to miniature suns in most people. When undeveloped, they appear as small circles of approximately two inches in diameter. As a person develops, their chakras will extend further from the body. The frequency vibrations emitted by the chakra will increase and their corresponding colors will become clearer and brighter.
The Indian flag depicts an indigo colored wheel, symbolizing a wheel of omnipotence, in the center of a strip of white symbolizing purity and union of all vibrations, flanked by the creativity (orange) of the sacral plexus chakra and the self-love, empathy, and compassion (green) of the heart chakra.
A chakra is a wheel-like vortex spinning in a circular direction at distinct points of our body. This forms a vacuum in the center of the energy center that draws in energy at a vibratory level. THIS VACUUM CAN DRAW IN MICROWAVES, ENERGY AND EMOTIONS
The 7 major chakras are each associated energetically with a major nerve plexus, a major endocrine gland, and various internal organs and physiologic processes. The major endocrine glands which secrete hormones then connect to the brain via the vagus nerve.
The 16 petals of the throat chakra temple: REPRESENT VOWELS IN SANSKRIT AND SIGNIFY THE SPIRIT
The two petals of the third eye chakra mandala represent unity over duality when the divine masculine is balanced with the divine feminine in equal proportions
The petals of the crown chakra are infinite in number and represent the full blossoming of the consciousness as our human awareness merges with Source consciousness
The 7 major chakras discussed in general are energy points that run vertically from the top of your head and down your spine. Depending upon the particular system someone utilizes to classify the different frequencies, there are 7, 8, 12, or 13 major chakras. There have been over 88,000 minor chakras reported in the literature scattered throughout the body. In this book, I focus on the 7 major chakra system that was first introduced to western society in The Serpent Power by John Woodroff. Woodroff translated two classical Indian texts into English in his book.
Light and Color
Violet is on the upper end of the spectrum and correspondingly has the shortest wavelength and the highest vibrational frequency. We often recognize violet to be cool and calming. There are frequency changes in the wavelengths of light from red to violet that account for the spectrum of colors that we can see.
In modern science, we’ve learned that certain colors can stimulate mental activity, and other colors can calm the mind. Modern science recognizes that we need light energy for nourishing our brain (the absence of light stimulates melatonin production, making us sleepy), emotions (Harvard provides UV lamps to dorm rooms of students who experience seasonal depression), and the physical body (our body produces vitamin D when exposed to sunlight).
If we look at this world’s ancient history, we can see references to light in almost every ancient culture. In ancient texts, although the understanding of light is depicted in a multitude of ways, light is never spoken of purely scientifically as being an electromagnetic manifestation of the third dimension. Instead, light itself is always depicted as being intimately connected to the creation of our reality.
In biblical texts and in Egyptian culture, light is the first thing that was created in the creation of everything. Any of the words attributed to cosmic consciousness such as God, the Universe, Allah, Source and Brahma, is essentially, “light”.
In human culture, God and spirit are often equated to light, and some of you may be familiar with the spiritual concept that we as humans are essentially beings of light. Based on our thoughts, day to day choices and actions, and the degree to which we choose to limit our perspective by illusion or choose to broaden our thinking from awareness, we can prevent or allow ourselves to be a living embodiment of the light being that we are at our core - our highest vibrational state.
Worry, fear, disease, argument and frustration keep you at a lower vibrational state. Health, joy, abundance, love, and self-expression are healthy modes of being that are also in line with a higher vibrational state of being.
Whereas visible light is only light that can be processed by the retina and that the eye can see, electromagnetic radiation is all of the particles and waves that make up all of our reality. In essence, electromagnetic energy can be conceptualized as very dense particles of light energy that manifest in a multitude of ways.
When using an EMF detector to measure electromagnetic energy, the data is often collected in the unit of measure known as a terahertz (THz). 1 THz is equivalent to 10^12 hertz.
In the same way that Steve Jobs created the iPhone to function in response to the electromagnetic waves emitted from our fingertips, we now have the technology to detect chakras using an electromagnetic frequency (EMF) detector.
Back in the late 1700s and early 1800s, there was a social movement liberating the modern world from the reign of control that superstition and religion had over the modern world. The industrial era dawned and we began making new inventions that were starting to revolutionize the world.
Because of this, we began to see that maybe religion was not in our best interest if we were to advance as a society, and emphasis was placed instead on science. We turned to science instead of religion to answer our questions about creation and the Universe.
The problem with this was that many things that we did not yet have the technology to understand, such as consciousness, intuition, chakras. human connection, and paranormal phenomena were also grouped into the same category as superstition, and were regarded as simply being untrue.
So after more than 200 years of following the paradigm of what is defined as science and what is not, we are now beginning to develop the technology that allows us to prove that some of these things are real.
Below is an excerpt from a scientific study published in the Indonesian Journal Of Electrical Engineering And Computer Science March 2018, in which chakras are identified by measuring the electromagnetic waves they emit:
"The research is on the electromagnetic radiation of human body before and after jogging. 30 healthy students from UiTM with an age range of 23-25 years old volunteered. The seven locations of chakra points were measured. The body frequency (in MHz) is captured using frequency detector by taking the reading of the frequency 5 times at each point at the same location; hence, the average value is calculated for data analysis. This frequency measurement is recorded two times which is before and after jogging with a consistence protocol for all participants. The data in terms of frequency (Hertz) is converted into 15 colors of bio-energies representing the health level. The finding shows that 63.3% of participants’ health level improved after jogging. While 33.3% of participants had decrement in their health level. The results also indicate improvement in bio-energies score for five out of seven chakra points after jogging."

These circular energy centers are in constant motion, rotating, as they receive and radiate energy at specific frequencies. They rotate either clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on whether it’s male or female energy that’s driving it. So, when a chakra in a person with predominantly male energy is rotating clockwise, the same chakra in a person with predominantly female energy will rotate counter-clockwise and vice versa. This enables the energies of opposite sexes to compliment each other.
Yang=clockwise rotation=male energy
Yin=counterclockwise rotation=female energy
In western medicine, the scientific term given to the relationship of mind and body is allostasis. The mind alone cannot nurture your whole being, nor can a proper food diet solve all of your physical and mental ailments. It is through a balanced chakra system that you can achieve a harmonious and balanced existence, and thereby achieve a healthier state of consciousness.
Each major chakra is connected to one major nerve plexus and one or more major endocrine gland.
By taking in vital energy and transforming that energy into the different frequencies, the energy from our environments is then distributed to the various areas of the physical bodies for sustenance and development. The chakras not only take in energy, but they also radiate energy at a specific vibration and govern over a particular organ or gland via a specific nerve plexus.
These wheels of energy also affect our behavior and our attitudes towards life, and as such, ultimately manifest in our individual life experiences. To have balanced chakras means to live healthier, happier, and to exist in a state in which you are more in tune with yourself.
The 7 major chakras are each associated energetically with a major nerve plexus, a major endocrine gland, and various internal organs and physiologic processes. The major endocrine glands which secrete hormones then connect to the brain via the vagus nerve. A widely accepted theory in Quantum Physics is that “Everything is Energy”.
Everything is electrical energy and everything connects via magnetic energy. Electrical energy is always flowing through our bodies via our nerves and neural pathways. Whether we think, breathe, are active, or just rest, the movement of energy is vital to life.
The most relevant aspect of the nervous system to the chakras is the parasympathetic nervous system of the autonomic nervous system of the peripheral nervous system.
The autonomic nervous system controls the involuntary or automatic responses in our bodies. For example, functions such as digestion of food, our heart rate, sneezing, swallowing and breathing are all processes regulated by the hypothalamus and the autonomic nervous system.
Unlike the fight or flight responses regulated by the sympathetic nervous system of the autonomic nervous system, the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) are specific to functions activated with resting and ruminating.
The major endocrine glands connected to the 7 major chakras are connected to the brain via the Vagus nerve, the 10th cranial nerve. In this manner, the 7 major chakras communicate with our brain, and in turn our thoughts communicate with and influence our frequencies.
