Princess Draupadi married the 5 Princes of Pandava and had a love affair with Karna whom she was unable to marry due to caste. By way of the time Draupadi spent with Nakul and Sahadev, Draupadi also became indoctrinated with the knowledge of medicine and the ability to heal others.
Bhim was a noble warrior who tried to rescue Draupadi during the rape.
Nakula was a noble warrior who practiced medicine by way of his lineage. Nakula and Sahadev were brothers descending from the Ashvin family of Ayurveda. Their birth mother was Madri, who died young and entrusted her sons to Kunti.
Nakul and Sahadev were two brothers of the Ashvin family that were married to Draupadi by way of the common mother to the sons, Queen Kunti. The Ashvin family is known for their gifts in medicine and promoting human health. By way of the time Draupadi spent with Nakul and Sahadev, Draupadi also became indocterinated with the knowledge of medicine and the ability to heal others.
Ram and Sita are the principle characters of the first Sanskrit epic, the Ramayana, taking place approximately 6000 BC. Ram is an avatar of Vishnu and the role he played in the Ramayana is one characterized by Dharma-quite opposite to Lord Vishnu's character in the later Mahabaratha as Krishna.
The Bhagvad Gita is unique amongst the world spiritual texts in that it was spoken by the Lord himself through the avatar of Krishna. While Ram was also an avatar of Lord Vishnu, Ram's character was dharma, whereas Krishna's character was that of the spoiled mango-clever and mischievious.
Also known as Tripura Sundari, she is a godess described as the supreme consciousness, ruling from above Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. In one instance she is said to be sitting on Shiva's lap in the kāmeśvara form, the 'Lord of Desire'. She is glorified in the Shakta text Lalita Sahasranama.
Karna was also a Pandava brother, but unfortunately he was cast out of the family as a bastard son and lived his life as lower caste. Karna represents humility in life and sets an example for us all.
