Yoga N Chill is a yoga inspired activewear line designed by Dr. Suparna, a medical doctor, to be a conduit of the eastern medicine principle that yoga is spiritual technology. Through the use of Sanskrit symbols, affirmations, and chakra specific colors, this intention wear line is designed to convey a basic understanding of each of the 7 major chakras that help us to tailor our thoughts to our desired intention throughout the day. Where we place our attention is where we place our energy, and intention wear helps us to choose our thoughts the way we choose our clothes each morning.

Rayna recently learned after modeling with Yoga N Chill that our intention wear can help open and balance different chakras! Rayna learned from the experience that we all have something unique to offer, no matter our background or identity. And the beauty that resides within one person is the same beauty, or Divinity, that resides within us all irrespective of skin color, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Tiara Explores the Third Eye Chakra and Learns to Embrace Her Own Intuition

Tiara learned that we all possess innate intuitive and psychic abilities to the extent that we choose to acknowledge the validity of our own intuition. A balanced Third Eye Chakra affords us with an increased depth of perception when it comes to our everyday interactions and correspondences with others, and this expanded container of consciousness allows us to manifest our desired reality as an active co-creator of our life experiences as opposed to just an idle bystander.
